Changes and greetings from the office

Due to events in the gymnasium at Solli DPS, there will be no training on Thursday 14 March. We are back with Thursday training the week after March 21.

Youth training under 18 years old is closed in the winter holidays.

There vil be no Swimming in ADO on Tuesday 27 February because of winter holidays.

There vil be no jogging on Monday. February 26 because of winter vacation.

Attention! NO Social Cafe!

Remember that there will be NO social cafe at kronstad DPS tomorrow, Tuesday 23 January. We are back with the cafe as usual on 30 January.

Time for Jogging has changed!

Are you going jogging today? Remember that Jogging with Psykiatrialliansen has changed the time from 17:00 - 18:30 to 16:00 - 17:30. Attendance is still inside Bergen railway station. This is the new start place for jogging.

New times on Wednesday's Spinning, Functional training, Hike.

Remember that times have changed for spinning and strength training with own weight and a trip every Wednesday
- Spinning changes time from 11:45 - 12:15 to 12:00 - 12:30.
- Same also does Functional training from 12:15 - 12:45 to 12:30 - 13:00.
- The haike afterwards will be from 13:15 - 15:15.

Remember that floorball on Wednesdays has changed place to Frøyahallen at Melkeplassen. It's the same place as floorball on Mondays.

Monday yoga opens again on Monday 15 January. There is no registration there and just turn up. The classes will be led by the skilled yoga instructor Heidi Folkeseth. Otherwise, our existing, popular Friday yoga with Cecilie will continue as before. Welcome to yoga both on Mondays and Fridays!

It's floorball to times a week. Remember floorball on Kronstad DPS, 3. january at 12:30.

In November, volleyball goes down to one practice a week. We will have every other week with Thursday and Tuesday training. Everything starts on Thursday 2 November, followed by Tuesday 7 November and that's how the training goes. You can always follow when the training is going on by clicking on volleyball and checking when the next Tuesday training and Thursday training is, or just use the live weekly schedule on the website.

Swimming in ADO starts up again with help from the Salvation Army Stedet Bergen. We have 30 places with registration for swimming in AdO every Tuesday. Read more here.

Unfortunately, there will be no volleyball practice on 26 October at Solli DPS due to events in the gymnasium.

The gymnasium is busy on Thursday 18 October at Solli. So no volleyball practice then.

We had an error with the date function in the activity plan today, but now everything works fine after a little correction in the code. This means that the information is now up to date.
