There will be no volleyball practice at Solli on Thursday 9 May.

Now there will be aqua gymnastics with Psykiatrialliansen again!

We are very happy to be able to start again with aqua gymnastics in the warm therapy pool in the AdO Arena. Linda and Eggie will lead this popular training for the next few Tuesdays, and it will start already next Tuesday, April 30. Please note that registration is required for this popular swimming offer.

1th may the Crossfitt training is cancelled. We are back the next wednesday as normal.

CROSSFIT EVERY WEDNESDAY 15:00-16:00 (Formerly HIT (high intensity training)) which has now become Crossfit.

This is a collaboration between Psykiatrialliansen and Idrett Bergen Sør free training with us in Idrett Bergen.

The address is Kanalveien 98 (right next to the Kristianborg light rail stop).

Registration opens every Friday.

ADO Swimming will start up again next week, Tuesday 9 April! We are looking forward to it and hope to see you there.

Outdoor swimming in Nordnes' sea bath! Thursday 4 April is the last time with Nordnes' sea bath before it will be closed for a few weeks due to preparations for the summer season.

Hope you have a lot of fun and remember that our wonderful outdoor swimming coach Jessica's birthday is today 4 April.

We will provide more information about when the nordnes sea bath opens again later.
