Functional training with your own weight
The activity is set up as a group lesson. The trainer stands in front of the group and shows exercises, you carry out the exercises at your own pace. We use our own weight to train the whole body. Our trainer can adapt all exercises based on level, form and any injuries. You can take part in the strength training regardless of whether you have trained before or not.

What do you need?
Bring indoor shoes (shoes with clean soles) that you can use inside the centre. You can bring a padlock if you want to lock personal items and valuables in cupboards. Feel free to bring a water bottle.

Where will you meet?
Meet at the reception at Nr1 Fitness in Fyllingsdalen. There is a separate entrance next to Coop Xtra, Fyllingsdalen. It is a short distance from the bus stop and car park outside. Please arrive ten minutes before the start time and you will meet our trainers and can go in together, there is a group of sofas you can sit in while you wait.

Functional training is part of the Onsdagstreningene i Fyllingsdalen. If you wish, you can take part in half an hour of spinning and half an hour of weight training before the trip, or you can take part in one of the activities independently of the others.

Kjersti
Kjersti is always smiling, happy and full of energy. Kjersti takes part in several of our training offers, so you will meet her in several places if you take part in activities with us.

Kjersti always sets up the strength training so that it is adapted to the participants.
Reidun
Reidun is regularly on the tour group on Wednesdays and on long-distance tours on Thursdays. She can also most often be found at strength training on Wednesdays.

Reidun is a calm and cozy woman who always has a smile on her face, and likes to have her knitting in her bag!
