Strength and conditioning

Psykiatrialliansen has Crossfit in collaboration with Idrett Bergen Sør.

Idrett Bergen Sør have two staff who will lead and help assist with participants. We offer a good time with strength and conditioning exercises.

This activity is for all who wish to train. We can adapt the training for all levels. You don't need to be fit to get involved, as there are opportunities to get into better fitness. We hope you get involved, all are welcome always.

We train in a group of maximum 10 people, at CrossFit Verftet Minde. So the activity requires registration. The registration form is on our website, every friday we put up a new registration form at psykiatrialliansen.no

The training has competent instructors and makes varied and exciting training every week.

Where do we meet?
We meet at CrossFit Verftet Minde. The address is Kanalveien 98 (Right by the bybane stop Kristianborg).

What do you need?
Dress in comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle!
