Indoor swimming and aquagym |  |
Swimming is in ADO Arena. Our coaches are available, but there is no swimming instruction - you must be able to swim to join us.
Inside ADO there are several different pools and activities for everyone. You can choose between diving, swimming on your own, sitting in a sauna or in a hot tub.
At 11.30 - 12.00 we have aqua gym for those who want to take part in this. It takes place in the warm therapy pool. An instructor stands on land and shows simple exercises for the whole body. It is entirely up to you how much you want to take in, and you can easily stand over exercises that are not suitable for you.
What should you bring?
- We have all the equipment you need to carry out the activity.
- Bring swimwear, towel and shower items.
When and where will you meet?
Attention: Tuesday indoor swimming and aquagym is currently on a break.
Every tuesday from 11:00 to 13:00 there is indoor swimming and aquagym. Meet at ADO Arena.
ATTENTION! Feel free to meet 15 minutes before training starts to make sure you join.

Reidun Reidun is regularly on the tour group on Wednesdays and on long-distance tours on Thursdays. She can also most often be found at strength training on Wednesdays. Reidun is a calm and cozy woman who always has a smile on her face, and likes to have her knitting in her bag! |
