Changes and greetings from the office for High intensity training

Crossfit training will continue throughout the summer

There will be no summer break for the popular Crossfit training that we have in collaboration with Idrett Bergen Sør. The training will continue at the same time, every Wednesday at 15.00 - 16.00 throughout the summer. But this summer we have to temporarily move the training from Crossfit Verftet Minde to the new, beautiful training room at Kronstad DPS, close to the light rail stop at Danmarksplass. Meet at the reception in Kronstad DPS from 14.45, where our friendly trainers will welcome you.

1th may the Crossfitt training is cancelled. We are back the next wednesday as normal.

CROSSFIT EVERY WEDNESDAY 15:00-16:00 (Formerly HIT (high intensity training)) which has now become Crossfit.

This is a collaboration between Psykiatrialliansen and Idrett Bergen Sør free training with us in Idrett Bergen.

The address is Kanalveien 98 (right next to the Kristianborg light rail stop).

Registration opens every Friday.

HIT (High Intensity Training) takes a break during Easter week and is back after Easter.

Crosfit has moved the time one hour earlier from 16:00 to 15:00 every Wednesday from now on.
