Outdoor jogging

  
Running and endurance

Everyone is welcome at our running group. The trainers will adapt the training to your fitness level and goals. We use intervals to enhance performance, so that you can feel progress.

What do you need?
Feel free to bring a water bottle if you wish. The training is outdoors so dress according to the weather.

Where will you meet?
Meet at Kronstad DPS (Main entrance), ten minutes before the training starts. Our trainers will meet you and you can have your personal items at Kronstad DPS.

Oda
Oda is a regular trainer for strength training with weights and jogging. She greets you with a friendly smile and is a versatile trainer who is good at guiding you in your training.
Per Ivar
Per Ivar is a coach in floorball, Frisbee golf and you can see him at other activities such as jogging and more. He is a pleasant fellow and helps to create a positive and good and safe training environment. Per Ivar makes a solid effort to ensure that you have fun at training.
Øyvind
Øyvind is usually always involved in our floorball training and is a regular coach on Wednesdays together with Per-Ivar. He sometimes goes jogging too. Øyvind do his best to make you feel welcome. He is always welcoming and happy, and welcomes all our participants with a smile.
