Running and endurance
Everyone is welcome at our running group. The trainers will adapt the training to your fitness level and goals. We use intervals to enhance performance, so that you can feel progress.
What do you need?
Feel free to bring a water bottle if you wish. The training is outdoors so dress according to the weather.
Where will you meet?
Meet at the railway station ten minutes before the training starts. Our trainers will meet you and you can lock in your personal items in a locker. We go together to Nygårdsparken or ADO to start the training session.
