Akøy Hike Thursday 4th December
On Thursday we will go for a walk on Herdla, out towards the whales. It depends on the weather whether we go all the way out and have lunch, or whether we take lunch in the open hut closer to the Fort. We will meet in the parking lot by the Fort at 10 am. We will spend about 2 hours. (Lunch break is optional and varies from 15-30 minutes.)
Bring food, drinks and a seat pad.

On Thursday the tour goes around Ingersvannet. Meet at 10 am at Steinerusten. The tour is on terrain, easy/medium walking, and takes about 1-2 hours. (Lunch break is optional and varies from 15-30 minutes.)
Bring food, drinks and a seat pad.

On Thursday we will slow down a bit again and meet at the parking lot by Lysløypen and walk around it. Meet at 10 am. The walk is on a gravel path, easy to walk, and takes about 1 hour. (Lunch break is optional and varies from 15-30 minutes.).

The yoga class at YouMe Yoga in Florvåg on Askøy has been moved to Mondays from 5:00 to 6:15 PM.
The change takes effect from Monday, November 10th.

Akøytur Thursday 06 November
On Thursday we go up to Viggo hut, subject to change if very wet. Meet at 10 am at the parking lot in Nipedalen with Kanadaskogen. The walk is on a gravel path and rough terrain, and takes about 2-3 hours to walk. (Meal break is excluded.)
If it rains a lot and there is a risk of very wet ground, there will be a shorter walk along the paths in Kanadaskogen.

On Tuesday, November 4th at 11:00 AM, the Social Café will welcome Smiti Kahlon, who will present the project “5 Good Habits” – a digital, low-threshold initiative designed to promote mental well-being.

We’ll be serving coffee and freshly made waffles, and everyone is warmly welcome!

On Thursday we will go on a hike at Fjell festning. Meet at 10 am at the parking lot shown on google maps. The hike is on asphalt and takes about 1.5-2 hours to walk. (Meal break is excluded.)
