![]() ![]() Outdoor swimming is closed from 14 September onwards until mid-October due to Nordnes Sjøbad getting ready for the winter season. We will come back with more information about when we are back with outdoor swimming again.

![]() ![]() Spinning on Wednesday at 11:45 - 12:15 has an ever so short break on 23 August.

We do double strength training with own weight that day instead, where we start with some quiet warm-up exercises before the actual strength session with Reidun in the lead. This means that strength training with own weight begins at 12:00 - 12:45 before it is time from 13:00 - 15:00. This only applies to week 34, then things will return to normal on 30 August with spinning and strength training afterwards. |

Do you find that trainings quickly fill up and you can't get a place? You now have the opportunity to put yourself on the waiting list, and we will contact you if places become available. There is only a waiting list for registration trainings that are full. You can find the waiting list by clicking on registration in the menu and then following the link: '[ Put yourself on the waiting list ]'. You only get the opportunity to put yourself on the waiting list for full training sessions that have not been completed. |

You can now sign up for training via the website. You do this by clicking on Registration in the menu and following the link '[ Unregister ]'. There you can choose the training you want to unsubscribe from, then fill in your name and telephone number. Then we will be notified. |
