Functional training will be closed 1th may but will go further as normal from next wednesday.

We run more functional training on 19 July instead of Spinning. We solve it by starting with some quiet warm-up exercises before the actual strength session with Reidun in the lead. Strength training with own weight begins at 12:00 - 12:45 before it's time from 13:00 - 15:00.
