Wednesday in Fyllingsdalen with Psykiatrialliansen

Varied training for body, condition and mind

Do you want varied and good training for body and mind and want to train something other than ball sports? Then the training day in Fyllingsdalen might be something for you.

Our trainers put together a varied plan for you. It will first be a good spinning session where you decide the pace and how much you want to do yourself. This works as a good warm-up for functional training that follows afterwards. Last but not least, we end the day with you being taken on a hike by experienced tour staff who guide you all the way.

You meet at Nr1 Fitness in Fyllingsdalen. See times for the training sessions below in the overview of Training sessions on Wednesday in Fyllingsdalen. Nr1 Fitness has its own entrance next to Coop Xtra, Fyllingsdalen. You just go up the stairs and then you are inside the reception. It is a short distance from the bus stop and car park outside. Please arrive ten minutes before the start time and you will meet our trainers and can go in together, there is a group of sofas you can sit in while you wait.

If you wish, you can take part in half an hour of spinning and half an hour of functional training before the hike, or you can take part in one or more of these three activities that suit you best.

All our training sessions are completely free and everyone is always welcome. Come alone, feel free to bring a friend, family or acquaintance, if you wish.
