Endurance and training

We are happy to be able to offer a training offer, in a nice collaboration with our good friends at Albatrossen Ettervernsenter and Bergen Cykleklubb.

There will be spinning (indoor cycling) every Monday from 10.15 to 11.15 at Aktiv 365 in Sandsli. (Sandslihaugen 10.)

This is a class suitable for everyone, with good exercise and lots of good humour. Everyone is welcome to join, and no pre-registration is necessary. Eventually, we also hope to be able to offer outdoor cycling together with Albatrossen and BCK.
