Changes and greetings from the office

The Friday yoga on 26 July is canceled due to the trainers' holiday schedule. We are back with Friday yoga the following week.

Monday yoga runs as planned on 22 July at Bjørgvin DPS.

Due to activity at Krohnsminde, the football training sessions on 25.06 (tomorrow) and 29.06 will be moved to Fyllingsdalen Stadium (address Hjalmar Brantings vei 9).

We start with a regular session there at 12.30 both days. The track is easy to get to: take a bus or train to Fyllingsdalen Terminal (Oasen centre). From there you can see the place we play, and it's only a couple of hundred meters to walk.

If you are unsure of the way, you can meet our brilliant trainer Odin at Krohnsminde on both days, and he will show you the way.

It's going to be great swimming weather next week and that's why the Psykiatrialliansen is offering a stand up paddle (sup) beginners' course on Wednesday 26 June at 6-8pm!

Meet in Eidsvåg factories at 17.55.

Bring shoes that can withstand water, drinking water and a towel. Would you like to borrow a wetsuit? Enter your size when you sign up.

Crossfit training will continue throughout the summer

There will be no summer break for the popular Crossfit training that we have in collaboration with Idrett Bergen Sør. The training will continue at the same time, every Wednesday at 15.00 - 16.00 throughout the summer. But this summer we have to temporarily move the training from Crossfit Verftet Minde to the new, beautiful training room at Kronstad DPS, close to the light rail stop at Danmarksplass. Meet at the reception in Kronstad DPS from 14.45, where our friendly trainers will welcome you.

From Tuesday 18 June and throughout July, training will be closed on Tuesdays in volleyball at Fantoft, due to maintenance on the hall. The other training runs as normal.

The Tuesday training in volleyball is back again as normal in August.

The climbing sessions on Wednesdays will now take place at Bergenshallen instead of Fantoft from Wednesday 19 June. This change is permanent.

How do I find the climbing place?
The climbing wall is located in Landås just south of Bergen city center in Vilhelm Bjerknesvei 24. The wall is in the same building as the ice hall "Bergenshallen", a separate entrance to the climbing wall is on the short side of the building to the south. The light rail passes the hall, get off at the "Sletten" stop and follow the main road 200 m up to the Betgenshallen. Bybanen departs from the city center/Nesttun every 5/10 minutes.

Youth training under 18 years old will be closed on Monday 20 May.

There will be an extra football training session on Friday 17 May from 12:30 to 14:00 on the football ground at Kronsminde Idrettsplass. You are welcome!

On 17 May there will be no Zumba training. We will be back again the following Friday.

Now there will be aqua gymnastics with Psykiatrialliansen again!

We are very happy to be able to start again with aqua gymnastics in the warm therapy pool in the AdO Arena. Linda and Eggie will lead this popular training for the next few Tuesdays, and it will start already next Tuesday, April 30. Please note that registration is required for this popular swimming offer.
