Changes and greetings from the office for Indoor swimming and aquagym

Swimming at Ado will be taking a break on Tuesday, February 25 due to the winter vacation.

Due to very high demand for our free swimming offer in ADO, we have created a solution that should be fairer, so that more people can try the offer.

The new solution means that you can only sign up every two weeks. But it means that more people get to try out the offer and that it becomes a little easier to sign up.

We have also made sure that if it is not full, everyone can sign up on Sunday for remaining places.

The new solution starts with registration from Friday 7 February.

Now there will be aqua gymnastics with Psykiatrialliansen again!

We are very happy to be able to start again with aqua gymnastics in the warm therapy pool in the AdO Arena. Linda and Eggie will lead this popular training for the next few Tuesdays, and it will start already next Tuesday, April 30. Please note that registration is required for this popular swimming offer.

Swimming in ADO takes a break on Tuesday during Easter week and is back after Easter.

There vil be no Swimming in ADO on Tuesday 27 February because of winter holidays.

Swimming in ADO starts up again with help from the Salvation Army Stedet Bergen. We have 30 places with registration for swimming in AdO every Tuesday. Read more here.

Swimming with the Psychiatric Alliance in ADO ARENA will be absent from the activity schedule from 21 June to mid-August.

Swimming ADO: Important info: It is important that everyone who is going to participate meets by 10.50 outside the entrance. We go in at 11. We have few employees and unfortunately no longer have the opportunity to make adjustments if people are late.
