Changes and greetings from the office for Indoor climbing

Monday climbing changes its time to start at 15:00 on Mondays for the next 6 weeks due to events in Bergenshallen. The change will take place from Monday 11 November.

Monday climbing changes place from Sandslihallen to Bergenshallen from Monday 14 October. This will be a permanent change going forward. If you don't know where to meet, follow the map on the activity page for climbing on the website (Link to map).

Bergenshallen will be refurbishing climbing routes and will therefore be closed for the next 3 weeks from next week.

Climbing takes a break on Wednesdays from and including 21 August to 4 September. We will be back on Wednesday 11 September.

But don't worry, we have climbing on Mondays with registration in Sandslihallen.

The climbing sessions on Wednesdays will now take place at Bergenshallen instead of Fantoft from Wednesday 19 June. This change is permanent.

How do I find the climbing place?
The climbing wall is located in Landås just south of Bergen city center in Vilhelm Bjerknesvei 24. The wall is in the same building as the ice hall "Bergenshallen", a separate entrance to the climbing wall is on the short side of the building to the south. The light rail passes the hall, get off at the "Sletten" stop and follow the main road 200 m up to the Betgenshallen. Bybanen departs from the city center/Nesttun every 5/10 minutes.

Climbing on Mondays is back on the Monday after Easter, 8 April.

The climbing in Sandslihallen will take a short autumn holiday due to maintenance in the Sandslihallen, in week 41. This means no climbing on 9 October. We will of course return again on Monday 16 October.

Climbing at Fantoft (Trene Sammen) on Wednesdays is closed in October and November. We are back on December 6.

Don't despair, because we still have climbing on Mondays at 14:00 in Sandslihallen.
