Changes and greetings from the office for Yoga

The Monday yoga on 29 July is canceled due to the trainers' holiday schedule. We are back with Monday yoga the following week.

The Friday yoga on 26 July is canceled due to the trainers' holiday schedule. We are back with Friday yoga the following week.

Monday yoga runs as planned on 22 July at Bjørgvin DPS.

On 17 May there will be no Yoga training. We will be back again the following Friday.

Monday yoga opens again on Monday 15 January. There is no registration there and just turn up. The classes will be led by the skilled yoga instructor Heidi Folkeseth. Otherwise, our existing, popular Friday yoga with Cecilie will continue as before. Welcome to yoga both on Mondays and Fridays!

Monday yoga back on the schedule after an ever so short summer break. It starts on Monday 7 August and we look forward to seeing you.

Yoga which is actually on Friday 21 July in Morvik (We are family yoga) will be moved to Tuesday 18 July at 13:00 - 14:30. This only applies this one time. Feel free to share the news with friends and loved ones.

The Monday yoga at Bjørgvin DPS in Åsane will take a break for the whole month of July.

Friday yoga will take place as normal on Fridays in warm premises at We Are Family Yoga in Morvik in Åsane.

The usual Friday yoga at 1-2.30pm ends on Friday 16 June. Hope outdoor yoga can be a nice substitute! Saturday 17 June there will be yoga in Nordnesparken at 11am. Bring a yoga mat you are not afraid to use outside, possibly a towel etc. And the drink bottle. No registration, just turn up at Nordnes Sjøbad. Then we go together to a suitable place in the park.

No Yoga training on Monday 10 April. That training is back on Monday 17 April.

There will be yoga on Friday 30 December with a fantastic substitute! At 13:00 - 14:30, i.e. normal time. Remember that there is registration.

Friday 16 December there will be 90 minutes of quiet yoga as usual. After yoga, you are invited to a little Christmas feast with mulled wine, gingerbread, Christmas porridge, and a good chat if you like. Link to event on Facebook
