Self-efficacy
Bouldering is a type of climbing where you do not need any harness or ropes. You climb a 3-5 metres high wall, with mats underneath. There are different routes to choose from, so you can join in whether you are a new beginner or an experienced climber. Bouldering is great exercise for the whole body! After climbing a route, it's nice to take a little break on the mats. This is a good opportunity to connect with other climbers in a social environment.
Our Bouldering training is a collaboration between Psykiatrialliansen and the Red Cross. There will be trainers from Psykiatrialliansen and volunteers from the Red Cross at all of our training.
What should you bring?
- We have all the equipment you need to carry out the activity.
- Bring a water bottle and meet in loose clothing.
- You can borrow climbing shoes and chalk at the Red Cross House.
When and where will you meet?
Every
wednesday from 17:45 to 20:00 there is bouldering. Meet at Røde Kors Huset.
