Mobility and core strength is a good workout for your whole body. This activity is a mix of yoga, weight training, pilates and tabata. We can guarantee you that when you finish the training session, you will feel good throughout your body! Remember that our trainer can adapt all exercises based on level, stammina and adapt to any injuries you might have.
You can join in regardless of whether you have trained before or not.

What should you bring?
  • We have all the equipment you need to carry out the activity.
  • Bring a water bottle and meet in loose clothing.

When and where will you meet?
Attention: Thursday mobility and core strength is currently on a break.
Every thursday from 14:00 to 15:30 there is mobility and core strength. Meet at Kronstad DPS.
