Mobility and core strength is a good workout for your whole body. This activity is a mix of yoga, weight training, pilates and tabata. We can guarantee you that when you finish the training session, you will feel good throughout your body! Remember that our trainer can adapt all exercises based on level, stammina and adapt to any injuries you might have.
You can join in regardless of whether you have trained before or not.

What do you need?
Wear clothes you can move easily in. Feel free to bring a water bottle if you have one.

Where will you meet?
The training is on the ground floor of Kronstad DPS, the large building directly behind the Danmarksplass light rail stop. Walk past the reception and continue down the stairs to the ground floor. Just ask at the reception if you do not know where to go, and the security guard will help you.
