Hello, the spinning that is every Wednesday at 11:45 - 12:15 has an ever so small break this week. So week 34. Wednesday. 23 August. We do double strength training with own weight that day instead, where we start with some quiet warm-up exercises before the actual strength session with Reidun in the lead. This means that strength training with own weight begins at 12:00 - 12:45 before it is time from 13:00 - 15:00. This only applies to week 34, then things will return to normal in week 35 with spinning and strength training afterwards.
