We will stay open throughout the summer, but we change the start place for jogging to Kronstad DPS. The first time for the new location is Monday 15 July.

You meet at the main entrance to Kronstad DPS at 17:00.

Our jogging training is an free offer for those who want better fitness. Here you can jog at your own pace. We will arrange the training according to your level. The trainers tend to adapt the session with intervals so that everyone feels that they are getting enough exercise. Jogging is fun and extra fun together with others.
