Psykiatrialliansen ran the BERGEN 3000

Psykiatrialliansen has taken part in the great exercise race BERGEN 3000.

There were a total of 10 of us from Psykiatrialliansen who took part in the race around Store Lungegårdsvannet. Some ran the entire round of 3,000 metres, a sporty participant entered with a wheelchair and service dog in the para class, and we had our own relay team. It was, as usual, a great effort from everyone.

The relay team finished in a strong time of 14.07, which was a full 3 minutes faster than our time from last year. Impressive! But here anyway, the most important thing is to participate in the great folk festival. Thanks to Sædalen IL for a great and inclusive event that is suitable for everyone.

We will definitely be back next year, hopefully with even more participants from the Psychiatry Alliance.
