Psykiatrialliansen will take part in the exercise run BERGEN 3000

This year the date is Saturday 8 June 2024. This is a fun arrangement organized by Sædalen IL.

Bergen 3000 is a 3000 meter long exercise run around Store Lungegårdsvannet, which is suitable for everyone. You choose for yourself whether you want to run the entire 3,000 meter round around the water, or whether you want to participate in a relay team where there are 4 stages and each stage is 750 metres. Of course, you also choose whether you want to run, jog or walk at your own pace. There is also a children's race of 300 meters and a separate para class.

It is completely free to join for all participants from the Psychiatry Alliance. If you would like to join, send us an email to post@psykiatrialliansen.no. We will get back with more information about the time and place of attendance, etc. when it gets closer. For now, we need to get an overview of how many people want to join, who wants to run individually and who wants to run a relay.
