23 April, the football team played a match against Tide Sentrum.

It was a good first half where both teams played very well defensively, but it was the Tide who took the lead first. Just before the break we get a free kick from about 8 meters that hits the goal.

Second half: there was a lot of good attacking play from Psykiatrialliansen with several finishes that could have quickly turned into goals. In the middle of all this samba football, Eirik scores a lovely 2 - 1 for the Psykiatrialliansen, and not too long afterwards it's Håkon's turn to fire and there it sits! wonderful down to the left for the keeper and the score is 3 - 1! to Psykiatrialliansen. TIDE comes back to be reduced to 3 - 2 and they create a number of dangers towards the end, but nothing gets through the defensive wall or our super goalkeeper Ulrik. Thus the match ends 3 - 2 and we WENT NORWEGIAN CHAMPIONS!!! No.. but it felt like it then and there.

Victory is not everything in football...
It's about togetherness and belonging, coping and enjoying yourself with others whether you lose or win, but a little extra pride in winning in addition to everything else.
