We are looking forward to a new martial arts offer in collaboration with Bergen Kickboksingklubb.

The psychiatric trial alliance has now had martial arts on the timetable for 6 months, in a fine collaboration with Nr1 Fitness Mathopen and Blå Kors Steg for Steg. But we are now happy to have entered into a cooperation agreement with Bergen Kickboxing Club to move the training to Bergen Kampsportsenter in Laksevåg. This is a martial arts center with all the equipment we need to carry out good training. We will have the help of skilled instructors from Bergen Kickboxingklubb with the implementation of the training. In addition, of course, our permanent martial arts instructor Yngve will be there as often as he can in the future.

The martial arts training will be fixed every Thursday at 12.00 - 14.00 from now on, starting already on Thursday 19 May. The address is Carl Konows gate 36 in Laksevåg.

This is a great training offer that is suitable for everyone, whether you are a beginner or have extensive experience with martial arts. Everyone is welcome, always!
