Changes and greetings from the office for Hiking

Askøy hike 11. March
On Wednesday there will be a walk along the pebble beach and to the fort at Herdla. We will meet at 10 am at the parking lot on the other side of the road from the golf course. The walk is moderate and takes place on rough terrain, and ends on asphalt back to the parking lot. We will spend about 2 hours. (Meal break is optional and varies from 15-30 minutes.)
Bring food, drinks, a cup for hot drinks, and a seat pad.

On Wednesday the trip goes to Storevardshaugane. We meet at 10 am at the parking lot at Træet Idrettsplass. The trip is medium and takes place on rough terrain. It takes about 2 hours. (Lunch break is not included and varies from 15-30 minutes.)
Bring food, drinks, a cup for hot drinks, and a seat pad.

On Wednesday the trip goes up to Dronningen from Ask. We meet at 10 am at the dam. The trip is medium and takes place in rough terrain. We spend about 2 hours. (Meal break is not included and varies from 15-30 minutes.)

On Wednesday the hike goes up to Kolbeinsvarden from Steinerusten. We meet at 10 am in the pocket on the opposite side of the turnoff. The hike takes place on some stairs and in rough terrain. It takes about 2 hours. (Meal break is optional and varies from 15-30 minutes.)
Bring food, drinks and a seat pad.

The group that was on the trip last week would like to test out the round trip around Ingersvannet. So it will be the same meeting place as last time.

Change: The hike will go along Askøy across. Meet at 10 am at the parking lot in Lien (on Ask). We will spend about 2 hours on the hike. (Lunch break is not included and lasts about 15-30 minutes.) Wide gravel path with some icy parts, but here it is fine to walk on the sides. Bring crampons if you have them, food, drink and a seat pad

Askøy Hike 07. January
This Wednesday we will go to Gullakshytten in Alvøen. We will meet at 10 am in the parking lot outside Alvøen sports park. The walk is on gravel, a little up and down, but otherwise a nice path. It will take us about 2 hours. Bring food, drinks, a seat pad, and preferably fishing rods if you have them.

Askøy hikes change days to Wednesdays instead of Thursdays.

Askøy Hike December 25th There is one more tour in 2025. Thursday, Christmas Day. It will be on Askøy, on the light trail at 10 am. Everyone is welcome for a short break.

Akøy haike Thursday 18 December
On Thursday we meet at 09:30 at Kleppestø Kai with the shuttle boat. We take the boat over and go up to Fløyen. We spend about 2.5 - 3 hours on the actual trip up and down. (Meal breaks are not included and vary from 15-30 minutes.)
Bring food, drinks and a seat pad.

This time the psychiatry alliance is providing shuttle tickets to those who need it, and who are with me on the boat and the trip. (We can also arrange parking if you come by car to the pier.)

It depends on the weather whether we go all the way out and have lunch, or whether we take lunch in the open hut closer to the Fort. We will meet in the parking lot by the Fort at 10 am. We will spend about 2 hours. (Lunch break is optional and varies from 15-30 minutes.)
