In season, Psykiatrialliansen organizes SUP events under the auspices of trainer Anne in SUP Bergen.
Sup is a low-threshold activity for anyone who wants to participate. You get to experience nature on and by the water in a fantastic way. This is a great activity where you experience mastery on the board together with others.
This is fun!
Bring water-resistant shoes, drinking water and a towel. You can borrow a wetsuit if you need to, state your size when registering.
Show up 5 minutes before the training starts.
ATTENTION! You must be able to swim to take part in the activity.
