On SUP you are free to stand, sit, lie on the board.

In season, Psykiatrialliansen organizes SUP events under the auspices of trainer Anne in SUP Bergen.

Sup is a low-threshold activity for anyone who wants to participate. You get to experience nature on and by the water in a fantastic way. This is a great activity where you experience mastery on the board together with others.

Show up 5 minutes before the training starts.

ATTENTION! You must be able to swim to take part in the activity.

What should you bring?
  • We have all the equipment you need for this activity.
  • Bring water-resistant shoes, drinking water and a towel.
  • You can borrow a wetsuit if you need it, state the size when registering.
