HANDBALL!

Handball has started again and it is every Wednesday 14:00 - 15:30. We welcome everyone to training. This is like all other training with the psychiatric alliance, it is for everyone whether it is your first time or if you are a professional in handball. You can of course bring friends or family with you if you want to. Fantastic training where we learn some basics about handball and do some basic exercises that anyone can do and master.
We also have plans to play a handball match in the near future for those who want to take part, so you are very welcome.

Here, all you have to do is turn up at the specified time inside the laksevågh hall. No registration is needed and you are welcome to bring a friend or family with you if you think it is easier to go with someone. Absolutely everyone is welcome here!
