Welcome to Our New Sunday Activities!

This coming Sunday, December 8th, Psykiatrialliansen, KIA Vest, and the Betanien Foundation are opening the doors at Vestlundveien 19 in Fyllingsdalen, creating an exciting and inclusive space for physical activity and social connection.

Activities for Sunday:

13:00–16:00: Social café
13:00–14:30: Floorball in the gym
14:30–16:00: Football in the gym

This is a great opportunity to get moving, meet new people, and try out fun activities in a safe and welcoming environment. Please note that there are no locker or shower facilities on-site, so we recommend coming dressed in your workout clothes.

Alongside the activities in the gym, we invite you to our open café. Here, you can enjoy a chat over a cup of coffee, knit, play board games, or simply relax and enjoy a cozy atmosphere.

The event is free of charge and open to everyone. Feel free to bring friends, family, or loved ones – with us, everyone is always welcome!
