Successful start of Monday spinning!

Last Monday we had our first joint spinning class together with our good friends at Albatrossen Ettervernsenter and Bergen Cykleklubb.

There was a good group that met last time, but there is room for more. We welcome everyone on Monday from 10.15 to 11.15 at Aktiv 365 in Sandsli. (Sandslihaugen 10.) This is a class suitable for everyone, with good exercise and lots of good mood.

We also remind you of our regular spinning with our good instructors Elisabeth and Amalie, every Wednesday at 12.00 - 12.30 in MOVA Fyllingsdalen. We hope to see you in the spinning room!
