Psykiatrialliansen is now starting up with activities on Sundays as well!

Here comes a really good news: The Psykiatrialliansen is now starting up with activities also on Sundays in a collaborative project with Betanien and KIA Vest.

We are very happy to have entered into an exciting cooperation agreement between the Betanien Foundation, KIA Vest and the Psychiatry Alliance, where everyone will work together to create nice activities on Sundays.

The background is that we have received input from many of our participants that weekends can often be long and difficult, since many of the other nice offers for our target group are unfortunately closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We therefore want to create a social meeting place on Sundays, where there will be the opportunity to play various forms of ball games in the gymnasium. (indoor football, floorball, dodgeball, etc.) There will also be the opportunity to play table tennis.

In addition, we will have an open social meeting place/café where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, chat with nice people, knit, play board games together, etc. Sometimes we will also be able to cook together, and get to taste exciting dishes from many different cultures. This will take place in collaboration with our good friends in KIA Vest, who work to create multicultural meeting places for the integration of refugees and immigrants.
We are very much looking forward to getting started with this exciting, new offer. The planned start is Sunday 8 December, in the period 13.00 – 16.00. Address: Vestlundveien 19 in Fyllingsdalen.
