Psykiatrialliansen starts with Sauna

Psykiatrialliansen welcomes you to sauna and swimming at City Sauna Bergen in Sandviken, every Monday at 13.00 - 14.30. Start-up is already next Monday, October 7.

The activity requires registration, as there is a limited number of places each time.

Meet at the quay at Neumann Bygg, Sandviksbodene 58. Our managers Anne Kari and Charlotte will stand on the quay and meet you there. The nearest bus stop is Sandvikstorget.

Bring swimwear and two towels. (One to sit on and one to dry yourself with.) You should also have a bottle of water with you. It is possible to change there, but there is no shower. Remember to bring warm clothes for afterwards.

There will be representatives from the Psychiatry Alliance present at all times, but bathing is at your own risk. All participants must be able to swim.

We hope to see you in the sauna and swimming with us. It is a delicious and refreshing activity that can bring joy, pleasure and mastery. There will be an opportunity to explore different breathing techniques with the instructors.
