Report from the first Saturday training in volleyball

Our first Saturday volleyball at Psykiatrialliansen is over. It was a good training session and everyone enjoyed themselves at Solli DPS.

At the first training session, 12 people showed up. We had a good training session with lots of good play and great sportsmanship. There was a nice and cozy atmosphere in good Psikatrialliansen spirit. Now everyone is looking forward to next Saturday's training. We are open all summer and Saturday volleyball will be a regular part of the activity plan.

This is a free training for everyone in volleyball. We play to have fun and want everyone involved in the game in training. If you come as a newcomer, we will teach you the very basics and then we will take it from there. It's mostly one training session from when you arrive as a brand new player until you're familiar with how we play with us.
