This will be Psykiatrialliansen's eighth training contact course which will be held at Kronstad DPS 23 – 25 February (Friday – Sunday). The course qualifies the participants to become trainers for activities in the Psykiatrialliansen, and to be able to be assigned as training contacts via Bergen Municipality.

Friday at 17:00 - 20:00
Saturday at 10:00 - 17:00
Sunday at 10:00 - 17:00

There will be both theoretical and practical exercises throughout the weekend, which contain 20 hours of teaching. These 20 hours will contain information about Psykiatrialliansen, our values ​​and the way we deliver training, as well as various topics such as first aid, planning and carrying out training sessions, training theory, the effect of physical activity on mental disorders, etc. There will be elements of physical activity throughout the course.

The course is run by the Psychiatry Alliance and is free for all participants. Lunch is served on both Saturday and Sunday.
