The first training in the new location is on Friday 15 September.

15 September, the strength training will be moved from Solheimsgaten 56A to premises in Nygårdsgaten 94. Strength training with weights will still be at the same time and days as before.

This is not a group class, but individual training together. The strength training takes place inside the Next gym in Nygårdsgaten 94. With all the equipment you need for strength training.

Our trainers open the doors so that everyone enters together, so you can train until the end of time or leave when you feel ready. Next has machines, free weights, cardio equipment and other training equipment available. You can train as you wish and if you need guidance, a training program or have questions, our trainers are ready to help you.

What do you need?
Bring indoor shoes (shoes with clean soles) that you can use inside the centre. You can bring a padlock if you want to lock personal items and valuables in cupboards. Feel free to bring a water bottle.

Where will you meet?
Meet outside the Next gym in Nygårdsgaten 94. Please show up ten minutes before the start time so you can meet our trainers and enter together.
