On Saturday 10 June, the Psychiatry Alliance took part in the Bergen 3000 race.

There were a total of 11 of us from the Psychiatry Alliance who took part today in the race around Store Lungegårdsvannet. Some ran the whole round of 3000 metres, one took part in the children's race of 300 metres, and we had our own relay team. We also had some volunteers who helped with the running of the event.

In hot summer weather, it was a top effort from everyone. The fastest of ours was Olav with a blistering time of 14.40. The relay team also finished in a respectable time, 17.12, after a strong push from Per. But in any case, the most important thing here is to participate in this great folk festival. Thanks to Sædalen IL for a great and inclusive event that is suitable for everyone. We will definitely be back next year!
