The Psychiatry Alliance on a visit to the Department for Addiction Medicine in Klokkarvik

The Psychiatry Alliance has been on a trip to Klokkarvik to spread the important work of getting access to training services.

Today, Henrik and Lasse visited the Department of Addiction Medicine, section Klokkarvik, to inform about the Psychiatry Alliance and our training offer. It is important and prioritized work for us to meet patients while they are in treatment to motivate them to start up with activity as early as possible.

The staff at the treatment center told of a much better prognosis for patients who connect to the offer while they are in treatment than for those who do not. Several of those we met today are now already in full swing with training in the Psychiatry Alliance. Thank you for allowing us to come on a very exciting visit!
