Sauna and swimming are back!

Psykiatrialliansen welcomes you to sauna and swimming at Heit Måseskjæret in Sandviken, every Monday at 11:50-12:50. Starts on October 6th.

The activity requires registration, as there are a limited number of places each time.

Meet at the pier in front of Sats Sandviken. Our leaders Charlotte and Jens will be standing on the pier to meet you. The nearest bus stop is Ludebryggen.

Bring your swimsuit and two towels. (One to sit on and one to dry yourself with.) You should also bring a bottle of water. There is a possibility to change there, but there is no changing room with a shower. Remember to bring warm clothes for afterwards.

There will be representatives from the Psychiatry Alliance present at all times, but swimming is at your own risk. All participants must be able to swim.

We hope to see you in the sauna and swimming with us. It is a wonderful and refreshing activity that can bring joy, enjoyment and mastery.
