We held our first training for the season in Frisbee golf in Fyllingsdalen in Lynghaugparken on Friday 21 June.

We were a nice little group who threw frisbees in scenic surroundings in Fyllingsdalen. It was sunny and fine weather.

If you would like to join us in the future at Frisbee golf, all you have to do meet up behind Rema 1000, by the football field by Lynghaugparken a little before 12:00 on Fridays.

Frisbee golf is almost like a walk in the woods and fields, only much more fun. Frisbee golf involves throwing Frisbees into baskets in the fewest possible throws. This is a low-shouldered activity, and there is no pressure to hit the curve as quickly as possible. Practice makes perfect!
