![]() ![]() We run more functional training on 19 July instead of Spinning. We solve it by starting with some quiet warm-up exercises before the actual strength session with Reidun in the lead. Strength training with own weight begins at 12:00 - 12:45 before it's time from 13:00 - 15:00.
