Changes and greetings from the office

Tomorrow (25 July) we have an experience cafe from 11:00 - 13:00, and there we will be visited by Charlotte, who is a trainer for the psychiatry alliance, and she will come to the experience cafe tomorrow at about 11:30 to talk about an exciting bike ride which she has planned and which she will start very soon. We are very much looking forward to hearing about this. So welcome to waffles and chat in Kronstad.

Where will you meet?
The cafe is on the first floor of Kronstad DPS, the large building directly behind the Danmarksplass light rail stop. When you enter the reception you will quickly hear the hum of voices and often smell freshly baked waffles. From the reception, you will continue down on the first floor to the meeting room Collett. Just ask at reception if you are wondering about the way down to the cafe and the security guard will help you.

IMPORTANT! youth training.

The youth training today, Monday (July 24) at 19:00 will unfortunately be cancelled. But we are back in full swing next Monday. Sorry for the late notice about this.

There will be volleyball practice on Tuesday 18 July. Fantofthallen is open again :)

Yoga which is actually on Friday 21 July in Morvik (We are family yoga) will be moved to Tuesday 18 July at 13:00 - 14:30. This only applies this one time. Feel free to share the news with friends and loved ones.

Hi all.

'Zumba' Lasse and 'Potato' Henrik are going on holiday from and including 14 July and Henrik will be back on 25 July, but in between we have no one in the office. We have our work phone with us and we will check e-mail, Facebook and Instagram, but we will not be as available as usual. You will of course get in touch with us if there is anything very important. Then we wish everyone a good holiday and a nice summer, and we'll talk again very soon. Greetings to us in the psychiatry alliance.

Should you have any questions, you can ask our fantastic trainers at the various activities. They possess a lot of knowledge about the psychiatric alliance. Everyone is welcome, always.

We run more functional training on 19 July instead of Spinning. We solve it by starting with some quiet warm-up exercises before the actual strength session with Reidun in the lead. Strength training with own weight begins at 12:00 - 12:45 before it's time from 13:00 - 15:00.

Hello, the spinning that is every Wednesday from 11:45 to 12:15 has an ever so small break on Wednesday. July 19. We do double strength training with own weight that day instead, where we start with some quiet warm-up exercises before the actual strength session with Reidun in the lead. This means that strength training with own weight begins at 12:00 - 12:45 before there is a turn from 13:00 - 15:00.

Unfortunately, handball has to take another short break due to renovations in the Laksevåghallen. With this we learned that the hall is closed for a period in the future and then unfortunately the handball will be closed until week 33, since week 32 there will be summer activities in the laksevåg hall. We will provide more information when handball reopens.

The youth training on Thursday takes a summer break until the month of July and returns on 3 August.

The Monday yoga at Bjørgvin DPS in Åsane will take a break for the whole month of July.

Friday yoga will take place as normal on Fridays in warm premises at We Are Family Yoga in Morvik in Åsane.

Zumba is unfortunately canceled on 30.06.23. But fear not, we have many activities on the activity plan that you can try out.

Because of the football school which is now running on almost all pitches in Bergen, but we have received a tip that Fyllingsdalen Stadion MAY be available (no guarantee). So we have to move 27.06.23, Tuesday football training from Krohnsminde artificial grass to Fyllingsdalen Stadion, and 29.06.23, Thursday football training from Varden to Fyllingsdalen Stadion. The weekly schedule has been updated with a new location and the same time as before: 12:30 to 2:00 p.m.
