Changes and greetings from the office

The football at Krohnsminde at 12:30 today has unfortunately been canceled due to too much snow and the pitch has not been shoveled. This is very boring, but we are firmly betting that there will be training next Thursday.

Friday 16 December there will be 90 minutes of quiet yoga as usual. After yoga, you are invited to a little Christmas feast with mulled wine, gingerbread, Christmas porridge, and a good chat if you like. Link to event on Facebook

No Youth training on Thursday 1 December.

It's no traingin for Outdoor swimming on Thursday 1 December.

New time for Volleyball at Solli on Thursday 1 December. Due to the event, training starts at 15:45 and lasts until 17:45. Everything is back to normal on Thursday 8 December.

Remember that Yoga on Fridays has changed its training location to We Are Family YOGA in Morvik, in Åsane. Read more about the place here. The first training at the new location is Friday 2 December 2022.

There will be Youth Training on Thursday 24/11 at 19 - 20. Meet at the reception in the glass building at 18.45. On Thursday there will be swimming and this will be in the fantastically nice pool at the energy centre! There will be no activity in the gymnasium, only swimming.

There will be no volleyball at Solli on Thursday 17 November due to the gymnasium being used for other things, but the Thursday volleyball training is back the week after 24 November.

On Tuesday 11 October we celebrate World Mental Health Day at the experience cafe! There will be lectures, stair races, zumba, a football match and a good atmosphere. Read more under news about the event.

Frisbee golf takes a winter break!
Frisbee golf is now taking a break, but will return in the spring.

Thanks to everyone who joined us at Frisbeegolf this year, we look forward to seeing both familiar and new participants when we start up again in the spring :)

There will be no outdoor swimming at Nordnes Sjøbad on Thursday, it will return from 13 October.

Mobility and core strength changes day this week. It's Flexistyrke on Friday at 2-3.30pm in the gymnasium on the 1st floor at Kronstad DPS.

It's not Volleyball training at Solli DPS on Thursday 6 October due to the academic day at Solli.
