Outdoor swimming at Nordnes Sjøbad is canceled on Thursday 13 April due to Nordnes Sjøbad being closed on this day.

No Yoga training on Monday 10 April. That training is back on Monday 17 April.

There will be no training on Thursday 6 April due to being closed for Easter. We will be back on Thursday over Easter, 13 April.

There will be no Volleyball on Tuesday 4 April due to other opening times at Fantofthallen. We will be back on Tuesday 11 April.

Mobility and core strength will be moved this week from Thursday to Friday 31 March at 2 - 3.30 pm.

Outdoor swimming at Nordnes: Important info: Arrival at 15.50 and we enter at 16.00 at the latest. If you arrive after this, you must pay for the entrance.

Swimming ADO: Important info: It is important that everyone who is going to participate meets by 10.50 outside the entrance. We go in at 11. We have few employees and unfortunately no longer have the opportunity to make adjustments if people are late.

Welcome to our cafe on Tuesday 7 February at 11! Then Cecilie also comes in to show us very simple exercises for stiff shoulders/neck/back. Easy to take with you! This is suitable for everyone. Welcome.

Bergen 3000 will come to our cafe on Tuesday 24 February at 11 a.m. to talk about the exercise race around the large Lungeårdsvann in June. The race is open to everyone. We hope you will be a participant or a volunteer helper for the event.

There will be training today. We arrive at Solli at 16:05 every time due to the new parking system with a limited time, you can pay for a certain sum. If you arrive before this, just wait until we arrive and let you in.

There will be yoga on Friday 30 December with a fantastic substitute! At 13:00 - 14:30, i.e. normal time. Remember that there is registration.
