Bouldering

Self-efficacy

Bouldering is a type of climbing where you do not need any harness or ropes. You climb a 3-5 metres high wall, with mats underneath. There are different routes to choose from, so you can join in whether you are a new beginner or an experienced climber. Bouldering is great exercise for the whole body! After climbing a route, it's nice to take a little break on the mats. This is a good opportunity to connect with other climbers in a social environment.

Our Bouldering training is a collaboration between Psykiatrialliansen and the Red Cross. There will be trainers from Psykiatrialliansen and volunteers from the Red Cross at all of our training.

What do you need?
Wear clothes that are easy to move in. You can borrow climbing shoes and chalk at the Red Cross House.

Where will you meet?
Bouldering training is in collaboration with the Red Cross. You meet up at the Red Cross House at 5.45 pm. At 6 p.m we all go to the bouldering hall together.
