On SUP you are free to stand, sit, lie on the board.

In season, Psykiatrialliansen organizes SUP events under the auspices of trainer Anne in SUP Bergen.

Sup is a low-threshold activity for anyone who wants to participate. You get to experience nature on and by the water in a fantastic way. This is a great activity where you experience mastery on the board together with others.

This is fun!

Bring water-resistant shoes, drinking water and a towel. You can borrow a wetsuit if you need to, state your size when registering.

Show up 5 minutes before the training starts.

ATTENTION! You must be able to swim to take part in the activity.

It's going to be great swimming weather next week and that's why the Psykiatrialliansen is offering a stand up paddle (sup) beginners' course on Wednesday 26 June at 6-8pm! Meet in Eidsvåg factories at 17.55. Bring shoes that can withstand water, drinking water and a towel. Would you like to borrow a wetsuit? Enter your size when you sign up. ATTENTION!
