Padel Tennis |  |
Padel is a fun and social racket sport that combines elements of tennis and squash. It is easier to learn than many other racket sports and is therefore ideal for beginners. The game is played on a court with glass walls, and you usually play two against two.
The great thing about padel is that anyone can join in – regardless of age, experience or physical condition. You don't need any prior knowledge, and we have all the equipment you need. Just remember indoor shoes and a water bottle!
Every other week (on even-numbered weeks), we play “winner’s court” and “Mexicano”. On odd-numbered weeks, Bergen Padelklubb provides a professional coach for one hour. After that, we continue playing on our own for the rest of the session.
What should you bring?
- We have all the equipment you need to this activity.
- Bring a water bottle, inndor shoes and wear loose clothing.
When and where will you meet?
Every thursday from 13:00 to 15:00 there is padel Tennis. Meet at Pro Padel Paradis.
