Inclusive, calm pace

Frisbee golf involves throwing Frisbees into baskets. The aim is to use as few throws as possible. We play the sport at a low intencity level. Remember that practice makes perfect.

Before we begin, we go through safety rules, rules of the game and simple throws. Along the way you will develop trowing techniques, and you quickly notice progress.

Frisbee golf is almost like a walk in the woods and fields, only much more fun. During the round of 9 or 18 holes, there will be some waiting, and Frisbee golf is therefore a good fit if you want an inclusive, social activity while at the same time you get exercise.

What do you need?
Dress up for a walk in the woods. The track can quickly become muddy, so good shoes are a good idea. Remember that we walk a lot between the baskets, so feel free to bring a water bottle and a snack.

The activity takes place at Lynghaugparken in Fyllingsdalen.
