Outdoor jogging
  
Running and endurance

Everyone is welcome at our running group. The trainers will adapt the training to your fitness level and goals. We use intervals to enhance performance, so that you can feel progress.

What do you need?
Feel free to bring a water bottle if you wish. The training is outdoors so dress according to the weather.

Where will you meet?
Meet at the railway station ten minutes before the training starts. Our trainers will meet you and you can lock in your personal items in a locker. We go together to Nygårdsparken or ADO to start the training session.

Oda is a regular trainer for strength training with weights and jogging. She greets you with a friendly smile and is a versatile trainer who is good at guiding you in your training.
Per Ivar
Per Ivar is mainly responsible for the floorball training at Kronstad DPS. He is a pleasant fellow and helps to create a positive and pleasant training environment. He has the training together with Øyvind and Per Ivar makes a solid effort to ensure that you have fun at training.
Øyvind
Øyvind is usually always involved in our floorball training and is a regular coach on Wednesdays in the gymnasium at Kronstad together with Per-Ivar. If you come to the floorball at Kronstad, Øyvind will do his best to make you feel welcome. Øyvind is always welcoming and happy, and welcomes all our participants with a smile.
